Crafted from premium chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel, our gear undergoes an advanced vacuum plasma nitriding process. This increases the gear surface hardness to 1200Hv and tempers the center hardness to 30HRc, delivering optimal wear resistance and impact toughness.

Our innovative approach to trimming the tooth shape and lead of the helical tooth surface significantly reduces impact and noise during gear engagement and disengagement.
