With the state-of-the-art vacuum plasma nitriding process, gear surface hardness is elevated to 1200Hv, while the core tempering achieves 30HRc, offering superior wear resistance and exceptional impact toughness.

By refining the tooth shape and lead on the helical tooth surface, we reduce gear impact and noise during engagement and disengagement, ensuring smoother meshing and prolonging the gear train's lifespan.
