Crafted from high-grade chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel, our gears undergo an advanced vacuum plasma nitriding process. This elevates the gear surface hardness to an impressive 1200Hv and tempers the center hardness to 30HRc, ensuring optimal wear resistance and impact toughness.

By refining the tooth shape and lead of the helical tooth surface, we reduce gear impact and noise during operation. This enhancement results in a smoother meshing process and significantly extends the gear train's service life.
