Employing synthetic lubricating oil and a meticulous IP65 grade seal design, this setup prevents oil leakage and guarantees maintenance-free operation.

By selecting advanced chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel and utilizing a state-of-the-art vacuum plasma nitriding process, the gear surface hardness is elevated to 1200Hv. This, coupled with a tempered center hardness of 30HRc, delivers unmatched wear resistance and impact toughness.

By refining the helical tooth surface's shape and lead, the impact and noise during gear engagement are substantially minimized. This enhancement smoothens the meshing process, thereby extending the gear train's service life.
