The electric cylinder ingeniously transforms the motor's rotational motion into a precise linear movement of the push rod, achieved through the intricate mechanics of the lead screw and lead screw pair. Utilizing the servo motor's closed-loop control feature, it allows for remarkably precise control over thrust, speed, and position. Modern motion control, CNC, and bus (network) technologies enable sophisticated programmed and bus control. 2. Accurate position control, repeat positioning accuracy can be 0.01mm, and adding an external displacement sensor can reach 0.005mm.

3. Accurate speed control, the speed waveform can be set arbitrarily to achieve high-speed, stable and impact-free operation, and the control accuracy can be 0.05%.

4. Accurate thrust control, the control accuracy can reach 0.5% after adding an external push-pull force sensor.

5. The transmission method of trapezoidal screw ball screw and planetary roller screw can be adopted.

6. The drive method of servo motor, stepper motor, DC motor and AC motor can be adopted for servo and frequency conversion control.
