Our gears are crafted from premium chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel and treated with a state-of-the-art vacuum plasma nitriding process. This enhances the gear's surface hardness to an impressive 1200Hv, with the center hardness tempered to 30HRc, achieving superior wear resistance and impact toughness.

Through meticulous trimming of the helical tooth surface's shape and lead, we diminish the impact and noise during gear engagement and disengagement, ensuring smoother meshing and extending the gear train's service life.
