Our HA series planetary reducers incorporate a circular gear ring. Utilizing the tooth structure and cutting-edge German Vera equipment rolling process, we achieve superior internal gear precision compared to traditional methods, ensuring outstanding product consistency.

The planetary gears in the HA series reducers are crafted using German-imported Villa equipment for rolling processes, ensuring high gear accuracy. Advanced ion nitriding technology is employed to elevate the gear surface hardness to 1200HV, considerably enhancing product longevity.

Featuring a helical gear design, the HA series reducers are calculated using Japanese Planetary gear software, ensuring smooth operation. These reducers are characterized by low noise, impressive output torque, and minimal backlash, offering excellent performance.

The HA series planetary reducer boasts an integrated input end and clamping device structure. This ensures maximum clamping force on the motor shaft, achieving zero transmission accuracy error even at elevated input speeds.
