Featuring a specialized synthetic lubricating oil and IP65 grade seal design, our system ensures no oil leakage and offers a maintenance-free experience.

We select advanced chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel for our gears and apply a cutting-edge vacuum plasma nitriding process. This increases gear surface hardness to 1200Hv and tempers the center hardness to 30HRc, achieving optimal wear resistance and impact toughness.

By refining the helical tooth surface's shape and lead, we significantly reduce gear impact and noise during meshing. This enhancement ensures a smoother process and prolongs the gear train's service life.
