Hypoid Reducer

Our Hypoid gear transmission system boasts a significant transmission ratio, delivering substantial output shaft torque and exceptional transmission efficiency. It is crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy casting, making it lightweight, rust-proof, and ideal for long-term continuous use in harsh environments. The smooth and quiet operation enhances its appeal, coupled with a compact, beautiful, and durable design. Its versatile installation capabilities make it widely applicable and user-friendly. The TKM series reducers, other than TKM050 and NMRV050, share differing dimensions but remain fully compatible with the NMRV series turbo worm reducers. The modular combination allows various configurations to suit diverse transmission requirements.

Main Material Composition: Our robust shell is constructed from premium aluminum alloy (frames 050-090), complemented by gears crafted from 20CrMnTi, undergoing carburized quenching to achieve a tooth surface hardness of 56-62HRC. After fine grinding, the carburizing layer maintains a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm. The surface coating of the aluminum alloy shell undergoes an initial polishing treatment followed by advanced anti-corrosion and spraying processes, preserving the sleek silver metallic finish, and offering resistance against gasoline, xylene, and other organic solvents. Post-phosphating, a layer of thermosetting plastic powder is applied for added durability.
