Our gear material is crafted from advanced chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel and undergoes a sophisticated vacuum plasma nitriding process. This elevates gear surface hardness to an impressive 1200Hv and tempers center hardness to 30HRc, facilitating exceptional wear resistance and impact toughness.

By finely tuning the tooth shape and lead of the helical tooth surface, we effectively reduce gear impact and noise during operation, ensuring a smoother meshing process and prolonged gear train service life.
