Our gears are crafted from advanced chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel, using a cutting-edge vacuum plasma nitriding process. This elevates the gear's surface hardness to 1200Hv and tempers the center hardness to 30HRc, achieving exceptional wear resistance and impact toughness.

Through meticulous trimming of the helical tooth surface's shape and lead, we significantly reduce impact and noise as gears engage and disengage. This refinement results in a smoother meshing process and extends the gear train's service life.
