Engineered with synthetic lubricating oil and an IP65 grade seal design, our reducers ensure no lubrication leakage and promise maintenance-free performance.

Our gears are crafted from premium chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel and treated with advanced vacuum plasma nitriding. The result? A surface hardness of up to 1200Hv and a core hardness tempered to 30HRc, achieving superior wear resistance and exceptional impact toughness.

Through expert trimming of the helical gear's tooth shape and lead, we significantly reduce impact and noise during engagement and disengagement, resulting in smoother meshing processes and extended gear lifespan.
