Our gear materials are crafted from advanced chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel. Through an advanced vacuum plasma nitriding process, the gear surface hardness is elevated to 1200Hv, while the center hardness is tempered to 30HRc, achieving optimal wear resistance and impact toughness.

By expertly trimming the tooth shape and lead of the helical tooth surface, we significantly reduce gear impact and noise during engagement and disengagement. This results in a smoother meshing process and extends the gear train's service life.
