Our gear transmission interface adopts full needle roller bearings sans cages, which significantly increases the contact area, enhancing the frame's rigidity and the output torque.

The innovative design integrates the planetarium and output shaft, maximizing torsional rigidity while maintaining a compact structure.

By utilizing synthetic lubricating oil and an IP65-rated seal design, our products guarantee leak-free, maintenance-free performance throughout their lifecycle.

We select premium chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel for our gears and employ advanced vacuum plasma nitriding processes. This enhances the gear surface hardness to an impressive 1200Hv and tempers the center hardness to 30HRc, offering superior wear resistance and impact toughness.

By expertly refining the tooth shape and lead of the helical gear surface, we minimize the impact and noise during gear engagement and disengagement, ensuring smoother meshing and extended gear train longevity.
